Sautéed Kale and Onions Recipe

Sautéing kale is great at a time when not many green vegetables are in season. ENJOY!! INGREDIENTS: 1 pound of kale (washed and chopped) 1 medium onions (chopped or slice) 3 tablespoons olive oil Pinch red pepper flakes 1/4 cup chicken broth Sea salt and pepper (to taste) 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice DIRECTIONS: Warm the olive oil in a large, heavy sauté pan over medium high heat. Add onions and cook, stirring, until translucent, about 4 minutes. Add salt and pepper, red pepper flakes and cook for 2 minutes.
